Japan Wellness Group plans to become the parent company of Senbird Tea LLC and a new Japanese company.

A Japanese company and a storage-and-fulfillment facility are planned to support future operations.
The ownership changes, Japanese company, and facility described above are planned and are not yet in place. Timing is subject to implementation.
